Tournament Fees
MIST tournament fees are listed below.

Note: A $20 GotSport Processing Fee will be added to each registered team.
Multi-Team Discount
If your club/community registers 7 or more teams by the registration deadline, you will receive a $25 per team refund. Refunds will be remitted to the club/community, not individual teams after registration window closes.
Team Check-In Documentation Requirements
This documentation is not required to register for the MIST, but is required to be submitted in GotSport by May 15th. In the event that these requirements are not fulfilled by a tournament team at the time of check in, the MIST has the right to remove that team from the MIST. No refunds will be provided for a team that fails to comply with the requirements as stated below.
- Certified/Validated Team roster (USYSA, US Club)
- Cards for Players, Guest Players, and Coaches
- Lindsay Law Team Roster and MIST Waiver Form
- Signed Concussion Waiver Form
- Guest Player Loan Form
- Permission to travel form from your state association if the team is outside of Ohio. US Club teams do NOT need a travel permit. Teams must be in good standing with their Federation Organization.
